The infrastructure stack of the last decade, dashboards, logs, YAML, exists because humans needed it. Readable abstractions over APIs, built for people who stared at charts and diffed configs. These are the tools of an operator who could see, read, compare, and decide.

When the operator becomes an AI agent, those abstractions stop making sense. Agents don't need things to look at. They need things they can reason about. They do not read YAML files for context; they fail quietly when semantics live in the formatting. They do not recover by staring at a Grafana chart; they recover by asking the system what happened, and needing a structured answer.

False Systems is building what comes next. Structured context instead of text. Causal chains instead of event streams. Policies enforced at the kernel instead of at a review meeting. The same system engineers run today, rewritten so an agent can drive it.

Berlin. Pre-seed. First tools in early development. Design partners welcome.
